Are you a customer centric professional or an experienced retailer ready to step off the shop floor? As a Customer Care Representative at Cue Clothing Co you will manage all aspects of communications to our 160+ retail stores and address customer service-related inquiries. This is a fast-paced role with exposure to the daily operations of a proudly Australian owned and operated fashion brand!
As a Customer Care Representative you will have:
- A background in customer service, we are open to your experience in fashion, retail or customer facing roles!
- Superior time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to build relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Confidence to resolve customer enquiries or issues
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Experience using Live Chat and Zen Desk functions are advantage but not essential
