About the Role
Located in Macksville, on the beautiful Mid-North Coast of NSW, a position has become available for a Customer Care Representative. This role exists to accurately record and process detailed information relating to customer orders and account information, demonstrate professional interaction with customers and colleagues, provide up to date information in response to enquiries relating to products and services, maintain ownership to resolve and manage complaints and related queries.
Your key responsibilities:
- Receive, analyse, and respond to customers’ requests by telephone, email, company website and social media platforms, provide the requested information.
- Accurately process orders received by phone, email, company website and buying group websites.
- Maintain knowledge of product line, prices, availability, various marketing promotions and similar data
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience to confidently engage and build strong relationships with business customers.
- Demonstrated hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Well-developed written and verbal communications skills.
- Well-developed problem solving & organisational skills.
- Computer literacy with a range of software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
