About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a hybrid working with the ability to work from both office and home environments and is skilled in providing top-quality customer service. As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide support that empowers our customers to effectively manage their accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers maintain current, active, and accurate records in the system, enabling the industry to have confidence in the reliability of this information for contact and payment purposes. We prioritise security and privacy in all our operations and comprehensive training will be provided, along with ongoing support and guidance.
This role offers a standard professional business day on a rotating roster between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional opportunities to work on weekends or public holidays, depending on the time of year. You will be required to be onsite at our Toowoomba offices, a minimum of one day per week.
