We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing Recovery & Customer Care team and be responsible for liaising with our customers to provide outstanding customer service and maximise the timely recovery of debts. This role will involve taking ownership of a portfolio of diverse clients on a daily basis, and contacting them by phone and email to follow up on missed payments.
What will you be doing?:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complex needs via various channels.
- Utilize knowledge and judgment to resolve complex issues following standard procedures.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership until resolution, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Establish clear payment terms with customers and communicate consequences of late payments.
- Conduct Inbound and Outbound Credit calls to collect payments on delinquent accounts.
- Support additional credit activities as needed.
- Manage Bizcap's reputation by delivering a positive customer experience.
