Our Customer Care team assists customers who are experiencing financial and personal hardship by providing flexible payment options and additional assistance through inbound phone calls.
We need someone who understands the importance of compliance, and will be diligent in following regulations.
We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills, who are able to listen and display empathy to our customers. Utilising your strong negotiation skills, you will provide win-win outcomes for both our customers and our business. Our team works hard to ensure we remain compliant in the way that we operate.
You will be guided through an in-depth training program, as well as ongoing support post training. Moving further into your career at Red Energy you will have a flexible arrangement of two working set working days in our Richmond office and the rest from the comfort of your own home. You will be given all the tools you need to be a true success and an opportunity to leave your mark!
