We’re on the lookout for a number of superstars to join our Inbound phone-based Customer Care team in Richmond on a full-time or part-time basis. Our Customer Care Centre operates from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm and we will need you to commit to a rotating roster during these times.

What does a typical day look like?
- Identify and assist our customer’s needs in an inbound call capacity and working within our Customer Care team.
- Provide clear and timely responses to meet our service level agreements.
- Build strong customer rapport and relationships.
- At times, manage difficult conversations, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time frames, and follow up to ensure resolutions are met.
- Manage customer records, interactions, and documents accordingly.

We've recently moved into our new office in Richmond, we have great flexibility and working arrangements with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

- Have energy and personality plus!
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Can communicate professionally (both written and verbally) with people from all walks of life, it's not an easy proposition, so being able to communicate complicated issues is a must.
- Know your way around a computer.
- Not afraid of hard work.
If you have previous call center experience then that’s an added bonus, even more so if it’s in the energy industry, but as long as you’re engaging, passionate in providing great customer experiences and put our customers first in everything you do, then you have what it takes!
