The Opportunity:
Zenu is looking for a highly skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that has the ability to educate and empower customers when guiding them through the solution to their issue.
Experience in a fast moving, yet complex environment is an asset, but a secret passion for problem solving is what is needed to really excel in this role. Confidence in your common sense and patience to explain the steps will set you apart.
With support from the sales, operations, product and technology teams, the successful candidate will get to know our products, partners and clients better than most, cementing you as a key person in our growing team.
You will primarily be working with Intercom, so experience with this platform (or any similar) is a bonus but being a quick learner who is comfortable with technology is what is really needed.
Use your skills to:
- Deliver world-class support to customers remotely via digital channels and over the phone
- Share the benefits of Zenu with our customers
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build rapport and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Identify sales opportunities to cross sell and/or upgrade
- Think outside of the box to troubleshoot and solve technical issues with customers who have varying degrees of technical abilities

The Applicant
Applicants with skill and experience in Real Estate or CRM Software background would be advantageous though not essential, however we find that those who have previous real estate experience tend to grasp the systems more quickly.
