About the opportunity:
Our Customer Care Specialist role focuses on providing comprehensive internal sales and high-level customer service support to internal and external customers for the Bradford business across Australia.
We are seeking Customer Service professionals that thrive in a busy environment whilst having the capability to succeed within a dynamic role and work well under pressure with our friendly & collaborative team of professionals.
This position will be full time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm upon commencement and following your training period, you will gain the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Answer and respond to volume inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.
• Maintain internal email mailbox.
• Process quotes, orders into SAP & also processing of payments ensuring details are correct and accurate.
• Interaction with external customers and contractors including builders, installers & architects.
• Stock and transport management
• Process returns and investigate credits and action as appropriate.
• Provide regular updates to the Customer Service Manager on stock availability, stock quality and service issues.
• Seek to respond and resolve customer complaints and issues in an appropriate and timely manner.

• Previous experience within a Customer Service position/similar role
• Strong ability & experience working in a busy role/environment
• Strong ability to problem solve & diagnose issues (with customers)
• Process orientated and is driven to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present both internally and to external customers
• Proficient IT skills
• SAP experience – not essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising).
