- Start date: May 28th, 2024.
- Contract Length: 3 months contract + Potential Extension
- Location: Mulgrave, Victoria
- Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly rate + Super (inclusive of casual loading)
- Working Hours: Variable shifts within a roster system, including 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays required.
- Perks: Comprehensive training provided and free onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with commercial and private customers whose accounts are in arrears.
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks, including emailing customers and managing inboxes, with accurate note-taking in the CRM.
- Work under pressure to support clients in financial hardship and find viable solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations/collections team handling delinquent ANZ accounts.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a quick learner (training will be provided on how to operate in-house systems).
- Resilience and emotional intelligence.
- Prior experience in call centres or in a collection's role desirable.
