Job Description:Customer Communication Management (CCM) DeveloperAbout Us:MUFG Pensions & Market Services mail house DigiCom is a leading provider of innovative document and content distribution solutions. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of enhancing customer service and operational excellence.Role Purpose:As a CCM Developer at DigiCom, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, developing, and maintaining systems that drive document and content distribution. Your work will ensure our communication processes are accurate, timely, and cost-effective.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Strategic Focus:
  • Contribute to strategic plans and reviews by providing information and recommendations.
  • Prepare and complete action plans, implementing them to meet production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Resolve problematic situations and determine system improvements.
  • Innovate and implement techniques to streamline and improve productivity.
Operational Management:
  • Write, test, and maintain code to ensure it meets business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain databases.
  • Identify and implement quality controls, training, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT, Client Services, and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proofs to clients for approval.
  • Achieve deadlines with financial considerations in mind and inform your manager if deadlines cannot be met.
  • Adhere to quality procedures, standards, and work instructions.
Governance & Risk:
  • Report all incidences of non-conformance to your manager immediately.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to system maintenance and content distribution.
  • Support assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices.
People Leadership:
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Experience & Personal Attributes:
  • Experience with the Quadient Inspire Platform, specifically Inspire Designer, Automation (Scaler), and Inspire Content Manager.
  • Previous experience in CCM Development (Mail house).
  • Familiarity with email platforms such as Vision6 (HTML/CSS).
  • Knowledge of business and industry-specific terminology.
  • Expertise in business case analysis, quality assurance concepts, and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of database architecture, integration issues, third-party reporting, and data extraction tools.
  • Keeping up-to-date with technology to improve organizational efficiency through new IT solutions.
  • Experience with document composition tools for output to Print, Email, SMS, and Web (HTML5).
  • Background in email marketing and campaign management.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in structured programming methodology, data analysis, and design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to respond to user/business requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Availability for after-hours support as required.
  • Broad knowledge of financial services, banking, and accounting applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and balance competing priorities to deliver timely outcomes.
  • Strong team focus and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
