Customer Success Manager - The NOD App

With the commencement of a successful footprint in Australia, we're setting sights on global expansion, starting with the US in 2025. Our mission is to transform service experiences in diverse industries including hospitality, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors and more. 

The Role: As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the architect of our partner's success, ensuring the NOD app not only launches smoothly across various venues but also becomes a staple in their daily operations. This role is your canvas to innovate, optimise, and revolutionise how businesses interact with their customers and staff. This is a fun and autonomous role and the perfect candidate will love getting out there and meeting with our partners and fostering the realtionships with them. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of NOD, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction rates among partners.
  • Develop tailored onboarding processes for businesses across different industries, making their onvoarding and use of NOD as smooth as possible.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team and partner marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials that drive app engagement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between NOD and its partners, providing unparalleled support and gathering actionable feedback.
  • Spearhead initiatives to continually enhance the app's functionality and user experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or business development, preferably within the tech or service industry.
  • A fun and energetic personality along with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • A track record of fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
  • A passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the service industry's future.
