ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for providing a high-level of customer service and administrative duties to the customers who attend in-person or phone our council offices. We are seeking an individual of a casual basis to ensure we are adequately staffed at all times to enable us to provide the best experience to our employees and to the public.

Skills that you will need to be proficient in include:

• All skills related to customer contact;
• Reception and payment duties; and
• Service delivery and administration support.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment functional assessment, psychometric assessment, a National Police History Check prior to commencement.
