AddressWe have several permanent part time positions available within our Aquatic Centres including The Harold Holt Swim Centre which is an exciting, modern and fully accessible community facility and Prahran Aquatic Centre - an iconic community facility in the heart of Prahran.
You must be available to work a variety of shifts (generally between 4 - 5 hours) and be available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
As the Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for providing up to date and accurate information about our centre facilities, our memberships and all our programs and services to new and existing centre users both in person and over the telephone. The capacity to handle continuous inquiries and requests for information and action from customers is essential.
The hourly rate is $33.19 per hour + 11% superannuation.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following :
- A current Employee Working with Children Check
- A current CPR & Provide First Aid qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a busy Customer Service environment
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Strong computer literacy
