Our client is an Industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Disabled and Aged care products throughout Australia. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to work Mon - Fri at their Thomastown facility commencing in a full-time position.

Fulltime Position Mon Thurs 7.30am - 4.00pm Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm
The key responsibilities of this role will include yet not limited to;
- Provide service excellence to internal and external customers as directed by the business
- Answer the phones in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner and direct calls to the relevant personnel.
- Assess customer requirements and process internal/external orders to time requirements maximising warehouse efficiencies
- Order processing Data entry of orders & EDI processing
- Manage and action customer enquiries via phone & email
In order to be successful in this role you will require:
- Experience in a Customer Service role involving data entry & phones
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel & Outlook (Outlook essential)
- Pronto Experience beneficial but not essential
- Proven time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks autonomously with a high-level of accuracy
- Ability to be flexible, to problem solve, & to multitask
- Strong verbal & written communication and a pleasant, professional, confident phone manner
- Be a team player with a good work ethic and a friendly, positive attitude
