The Role
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the heartbeat of our customer interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued, understood, and happy. You will leverage your skills to enhance our service delivery, contribute to our continuous improvement efforts, and play a pivotal role in shaping our Customer Experience strategy.

⭐️ Comfortable on the phone and in an open work environment
⭐️ Experienced with working in customer service or a relatable role for 2 years or more

Location
This role is based in our head office, which is located in Pakenham. One WFH day per week is offered.
