We are recruiting for the right person for this role, whether you are a school leaver, through to someone with years of experience under your belt looking for a career change.

You will have a great customer service focus, embraceproblem solving, andlove thetechnical side of our business: playing with, configuring and selling, the best parts for small and very large, earthmoving machines.
Zero industry experience is an advantage - we hire based on attitude first. And we commit to train you to excel in your role, and flourish in our dynamic industry. In fact, within in your first 12-24 months with WPA, we will even mentor you to complete a formally recognised and sponsored, Certificate 3 qualification in Business, or Parts Interpretation.
You will join our amazing Customer Experience Team, which is our first point of contact with customers and suppliers, both by phone, email and in person. And importantly, your contributions will bolster support to the sales, administration, warehouse and management teams to succeed.
As you grow in your knowledge of our exceptional products and services, you will provide customers with solutions and move to processing orders within our world-class processing system, Netsuite. You might then graduate to managing some of the critical contacts with our stakeholders, customers, and supplier community. This is a ‘beginning role’ in our team, from which you will be able to – and are likely to want to – progress to more senior roles as have most of our other team members, over 60% of whom have been with us for more than 8 years.
