They are now searching for a likeminded Customer Experience Team Leader to join their team at their brand new retail store located in Narre Warren. This is a permanent, full-time role with a rotating roster including Saturday’s.
As the Customer Experience Team Leader, you will provide exceptional customer service to prospective customers when they visit the store, assisting with acquisition and conversion of new customers. What will make you shine in this role will be your creative flare. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table to engage customers, which could include running different types of events or workshops in the store to capture interest from people walking past.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow through customer enquiries, requests or complaints and keep customers up to date
- Management of small team
- Meet and greet customers
- Support lead generation to drive sales outcomes
- Assist the Customer Service Consultants with outbound calls when required
- Create and manage events and workshops
- Implement new processes to improve Customer Experience
- Provide support to Sales Consultants
- Ensure customers have a positive experience when visiting store
- Exceptional customer service
- Retail and/or store management background
- Experience leading a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and think ‘outside the box’ to bring new ideas to the table
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Flexibility working to a rotating roster which includes weekends
