Do you have experience running a warehouse with loads of variety? If you answered yes to these questions, then you could be the dynamic Customer Fulfilment and Store Lead that we’re looking for! We’re looking for someone who has a blend of administrative prowess, warehousing experience, and customer service skills to be the backbone of our order-processing system.
This important role will be responsible for ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently, and our customers’ needs are met with all their Gienic Healthcare product requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and despatch (pick and pack) customer orders, recording details into our system
- Receipt and store inward goods and services
- Ensure the warehouse is neat and organised, and with safety being your number 1 priority
- As our front-line support, you’ll liaise with all internal and external customers, helping them with their orders and providing accurate status updates
About you:
- You’re a self-starter that is reliable, punctual, and works to deadlines
- Prior experience working in a similar role with warehouse operations.
- An LF forklift license (or commitment to obtaining one prior to starting the role).
- Must be competent and proficient with IT and eCommerce platforms (ideally WooCommerce) and basic order management systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask with competing deadlines.
