⛏️ We were born with little ability to ship too far. Today we ship 30% of our goods internationally and our brands can be found from Africa to Europe. 🛳️🌍

About the Role:
Dynamics G-Ex is currently on the lookout for an adaptable Branch and Customer Support Officer to join our team in Gympie, QLD.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing administrative and customer support on both a national and local level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to emails within the 6hours SLA
- Manage phone calls and update CRM on any incoming calls.
- Organise quotes and process orders through our ERP.
- Open communication with internal and external customers.
- After sales support for customers, follow through orders to ensure delivery within agreed delivery time.
- Communicate with the warehouse teams to arrange the dispatch of orders.
- Book and track freight services as required.
- Assist walk-in customers and handle credit card payments.
About You:
- Customer Service Background.
- Mining Industry Background (Preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Be results-driven and demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Be well-presented and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
- Be a strong team player who embodies the values of Dynamics G-Ex.
