An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Customer Insights team as a Customer insights Analyst on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for someone who has experience in managing high volumes of customer data, has a strong customer focus and brings a curious mind to better understand and heighten the customer experience.
This role will see you build strong internal relationships which will allow you the opportunity to be innovative and implement change through understanding our customer’s feedback and generating improvements to our processes.

- Process, understand and analyse customer data submitted through our NPS survey
- Identify opportunities for growth through trends in customer feedback
- Develop change initiatives to improve customer experience that aligns with maintaining our 13 year award winning customer service
- Capture, review and report on large amounts of customer feedback
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships to have a strong influence on business change and contributes to our industry leading NPS
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will be able demonstrate:
- Previous experience managing high volume of customer data
- Track record with success results in change management
- Technical ability to navigate multiple reporting and customer databases
- Experience with process improvement and implementations
- Experience with programmed roll outs across multiple channels
