You will assist in all stages of the data analytics lifecycle in support of management reporting and insights across complaints to proactively identify areas of opportunity to drive improvements for our customers.   What you’ll do Help maintain and further develop a database of Suncorp’s complaints resolution data along with associated information. Liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand reporting requirements.
