The role of the Customer Engagement team is to influence known customers (post first sign-up) to stay and pay for longer using our owned communication channels. The path to achieve this is to drive continual improvement in the key base-management performance metrics of trial conversion, retention, save and reactivation.
Key responsibilities include;
- Planning of engagement campaigns and communications to the Kayo customer base.
- Work closely with content, creative, brand and legal teams for set up and approval of communications.
- Incorporate learnings from optimisation tests to drive continual improvement of our base management strategies
- Actively seek new opportunities to evolve our approach to customer communications including ongoing monitoring of engagement activity from competitors and other relevant products
To be successful in this role you will hold the following key attributes;
- 1+ years experience in B2C marketing coordination roles
- Passion for sport • Understanding of business needs and drivers of performance Strong written communications including copy writing of customer facing communications
- Relevant experience working with Martech campaign set up tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field
