Data Entry Operator is responsible for processing customers’ purchase, service and return orders from receival to release for further processing in other departments in Operations.
- Receiving, opening and sorting parcels with purchase, service and return orders and preparing them for processing,
- Reviewing, clarifying & processing purchase and service orders into ERP system (physical and electronic orders).
- Cooperation with other areas of Operations to resolve any queries regarding customer’s orders.
- Supporting New Zealand Operations with order entry.
- Creation of credit notes – rebill corrections.
- Other duties as required by supervisor from time to time.
- HSC or equivalent.
- Further education in business or administration is desirable.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Administration or Production role (desired).
