Work with a prominent Victorian energy provider as you manage a team to process and resolve complex complaints. Utilise your deep industry knowledge, compliance focused mindset and exemplary communication skills alongside your management experience to comprehensively manage complaints made directly to the Ombudsman.
Within this role you would work closely with client teams to assign and manage the caseload of team members and resolve any barriers to delivery.

Role Duties:
You will be responsible for the effective delivery and management of a team of Customer Relations Specialist's. Your team will process and resolve complaints as well as provide the client strategies associated for complaint mitigation and prevention. You will collaborate closely with client and internal teams to ensure the delivery of services and ensure timely and accurate communication to all parties.
Who are you?
You have managed teams before and are comfortable developing and coaching team members, ensuring compliance and strict deadlines are adhered to. Complaint Management experience in this role is highly desirable.
- Must be excellent at communicating technical information and processes across a variety of channels with diverse stakeholders
- Process-driven and ability to document extensively
- Proven history of team development and support

- Retail Industry experience is highly desirable
