About the Position:
As a Customer Relations Consultant, you will be the key contact for customers of PGL Adventure Camps ensuring all customer needs are met prior to arrival. You will support the Sales Manager and work closely with the Centre Teams to ensure the groups’ individual needs are met and retained sales opportunities are identified and maximised to ensure the achievement of business targets.
You will also ensure the administrative tasks required in this role are accurate and completed within agreed timeframes to enable appropriate handover to Centre Teams prior to the customers arrival on camp.
Previous experience in driving business results through customer focussed sales and business development activities is essential.

You will need to have:
Due to the nature of the role, all employees are required to provide a satisfactory paid Working with Children check prior to commencing and maintain throughout employment. Additionally, all PGL colleagues will need to have received two satisfactory references prior to starting employment. You have a duty to report any safeguarding concerns through the appropriate channels throughout your employment with PGL.
