The Opportunity: Jaggad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Relations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our customer-centric approach, ensuring that our valued customers receive unparalleled support and assistance.
You will be part of an online-only based Customer Relations team utilising the main platforms; Zendesk and Shopify. This Customer Relations team acts as the liaison between the customer and Jaggad, incorporating product expertise, customer feedback and an array of services through responses and actions to solve all queries and provide adequate service to Jaggad customers.
What we are looking for:
- There are currently opportunities for all levels of experience.
- Must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
- Ideally but not essential; experience in a Customer Care Role (customer care, sales, retail, across any industry).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond to a wide range of enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Ability to show initiative and critical thinking.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt and operate new computer systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Zendesk.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other queries to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure all returns and exchanges are processed correctly.
- Effective use of Shopify platform for customer details, order details, tracking information and refunds.
- Work alongside other Customer Relations Assistants to provide the best customer experience for Jaggad customers.
- Understand the various offers and products on the Jaggad website for upcoming launches to supply customers with relevant desired information and outcomes.
- Report to Customer Relations Manager with any frequently recurring queries or correspondence that requires escalation.
