ABOUT THE ROLE
This company are seeking someone to support their dynamic team through a busy period as a Customer Relations Officer. You will be responsible for effectively resolving intricate complaints while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
DUTIES
- Interpret legislation and regulations
- Utilise databases for records management
- Facilitate conflict resolution and teamwork
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Record, investigate, and resolve escalated complaints
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience working in a contact centre environment providing exceptional service to customers. You will have excellent communication skills, ability to have meaningful conversations with customers and a high level of accuracy with data entry and note taking. You will be experienced in using a range of software and able to pick up new systems quickly
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in customer complaints or ADR environment
- Proficiency in case management systems or databases
- Accreditation in mediation
- Ability to respond to complaints in a technical environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for dispute resolution
- Independent problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate MS Office skill
