    ABOUT THE ROLE
  • This company are seeking someone to support their dynamic team through a busy period as a Customer Relations Officer. You will be responsible for effectively resolving intricate complaints while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
      
    DUTIES
  • Interpret legislation and regulations
  • Utilise databases for records management
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and teamwork
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Record, investigate, and resolve escalated complaints
    SKILLS & EXPERIENCETo be successful in this role you will have prior experience working in a contact centre environment providing exceptional service to customers. You will have excellent communication skills, ability to have meaningful conversations with customers and a high level of accuracy with data entry and note taking. You will be experienced in using a range of software and able to pick up new systems quickly

        The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in customer complaints or ADR environment
  • Proficiency in case management systems or databases
  • Accreditation in mediation 
  • Ability to respond to complaints in a technical environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dispute resolution
  • Independent problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking skills 
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
