As a key member of our clients call center team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Respond to client and consumer queries in a timely manner meeting KPI’s, providing excellent customer service.
Problem Resolution: Efficiently and effectively handle customer concerns, providing timely and accurate solutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
Documentation: Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the company's database.Proactively liaise with management to ensure Operations is adequately
resourced to meet client’s expectations
Collaboration: Support internal teams with client issues, escalations, outages etc as needed.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to established call center protocols and quality standards to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Empathy: Demonstrate empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment is a plus.
Flexibility with a rotating roster.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
