Your new role
Responsibilities
As a Customer Relations Team Leader you will provide all of our customers with an exceptional experience by promptly answering incoming customers calls, identifying their needs, efficiently booking vehicles in for service appointments, following up, providing solution to customer queries in a prompt manner and liaising with internal departments. Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
- Lead and inspire a team of Customer relations specialists to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Analyze data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Previous experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
