THE ROLEAs part of Council’s diverse and dynamic customer service and administration function, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of customer service and administrative support to all internal and external customers in an ad hoc relief capacity when required. To be successful you will bring: Qualifications in a business discipline at Certificate III level, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience Demonstrated experience in a customer service role and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines be flexible between tasks, show initiative and have the ability to adjust to changing priorities.
