As a Customer Service Consultant, day to day will look something like this:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls and assisting customers who may be undergoing financial distress.
- Proactively and empathically negotiating payment with our customers to achieve positive financial outcomes, while adhering to strict and specific compliance and regulatory expectations.
- Problem solving and objection handling to achieve account resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintaining strong relationships with all team members while practicing the ARMA Core Values.
- Meeting the required KPIs and targets as set by your manager.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of database platforms
- Developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence, specifically in displaying respect and empathy.
- Proactive approach to developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail, time-managements skills and the ability to multi-task
- Customer Service experience is ideal, but not essential.
