Your new role
Working as a Relationship Manager you will:
Portfolio Management: Actively manage and expand a portfolio of accounts by acquiring new clients, cross-selling, and obtaining referrals.
Client Understanding: Ensure a clear grasp of each portfolio’s performance history and future plans before providing advice to clients.
Collaboration: Work with product partners and stakeholders to develop effective strategies that add value to clients while minimizing risks to the bank.
Credit Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing and writing credit proposals.
What you'll need to succeed
Education: Possess a tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge and extensive experiences of financial statements and credit assessment skills
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, and a customer-focused approach.
People Management: Demonstrated abilities in people management and coaching.
Business Understanding: Understand the needs and expectations of large businesses and the ability to generate new business.
Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with proven analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Local Experience: Familiarity with the local network and business environment is highly desirable.
