Customer Representative

We have a great opportunity working for one of Australia's largest manufacturing and supplying building companies located near Smithfield.

We are looking for a customer service driven individual to work in a dynamic Customer Service Team. The right candidate will be eager to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.
The role includes:

• Processing quotes and customer orders
• Phone & email enquiries
• Providing support to the sales team
• Building & maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Working closely with a network of suppliers
• Raising purchase orders
• Data entry
• General administrative tasks

To be successful in this role you will require:

• A good understanding of building products
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Mandarin speaking is highly beneficial
