We have an exciting opportunity to join our Moora Branch as a Customer Sales Representative.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales & Parts Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling new and used small agricultural and turf equipment, parts and accessories.
- In-store customer service and answering customer phone queries.
- Stocking, preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
- Maintaining product knowledge, features and benefits of consumer equipment.
- Play an active role in the general promotion of AFGRI Equipment and products we offer.
- Maintain the parts database and price lists accurately and promptly.
- Able to work flexible hours, including Saturday's.
ABOUT YOU
- Retail parts and sales experience, a similar industry is favourable.
- Knowledge of agricultural and farming machinery and operational practices preferred.
- Excellent customer and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in the use of database applications and Microsoft Office.
- Have a passion for teamwork and service delivery.
