Fergusons Plumbing provides emergency plumbing services to domestic and commercial clients across Sydney and Wollongong.
We are now seeking a Service Coordinator with a cheerful disposition who can take on a mix of Customer Service and administrative tasks.
About the Role
We want a candidate to jump on board that is self motivate and has the ability to complete the following in a thorough and passionate manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and close hot leads
- Attend and manage email inbox
- Allocate bookings, work orders and tasks for technicians
- Organise materials, subcontractor and services for work orders
- Submit insurance and council permits
- Handle customer enquiries and requests
- Aftercare service including post-care calls and reports
- Administrative and book keeping duties
Key Competencies
We're seeking a candidate who can offer the following:
- Professional and adaptive phone manner
- Demonstrate a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new systems
- Customer conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
