As a CSO, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and timely distribution of blood and blood products, all while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Transcribing customer orders into the order management system (NBMS)
- Handing over orders to the Order Fulfilment team
- Answering phone calls & queries from customers
- Responding to email queries from customers
- Liaising with internal teams and other external teams involved in patient care
- Provide exceptional service and support to customers, managing orders and feedback with precision and care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, notably answering phone calls & emails
- Great PC skills and experience using different Microsoft systems
- Strong numerical, abstract, and verbal reasoning skills.
- Ability to perform routine work and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Ability to work on a rotating roster- the 14:00-22:00 shift and the occasional Saturday shift are requirements of the role and are non-negotiable.
