Customer Service

Willowbank MX is a recreational dirt bike park. It has tracks that cater for riders of all abilities. It is open 7 days a week from 7.30am until 3pm (weather dependent). It provides a fantastic experience in a safe environment for riders. 

We are currently seeking an outgoing Customer Service officer to work weekends and /or weekdays as needed. Responsibilities would include: 

• Welcoming riders to the facility, checking them in, having them sign waivers and inducting new attendees to the safety rules.
• Managing customer interface; answering phones and serving customers in a retail environment
• Liaising with safety marshals and ensuring customers are behaving in a safe manner
• Making sure the park is kept in a tidy and presentable manner.

Ideally, we are seeking someone local from the Ipswich area who has flexibility in availability. Customer service experience would be highly regarded, as would an interest in dirt bikes or motocross. You will be a bright and bubbly personality who enjoys dealing with people. 

Willowbank MX would offer a successful candidate a fun environment, and full training including first aid will be provided.
