Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Account Officer who will have responsibilities involving customer relationship management, analytics and incident management. This role's primary focus is to ensure the development and maintenance of positive proactive relationships with key customers in the automotive dealership & distributor industry.
The Customer ServicesAccount Officer is an integral member of the Customer Services team that is part of Global Operations within our client. Global Operations are responsible for the delivery and support of our client's entire ERP and associated product range.
What will you be doing?
- Day to day management of key customers’ incidents and support relationship.
- Perform regular trend analysis of incidents for key customers to identify trends and resolutions.
- Facilitate regular meetings with dedicated key customers.
- Compile reports for Customer Services Management and Key Customers.
- Take on all manner of tasks to meet overall service objectives.
- Provide professional Customer Service, both internally and externally.
- Meet deadlines as agreed with the business and customer.
- Experience in a similar or related role.
- Worked with targets & KPI's in a fast-paced multi-project environment.
- A background in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
