Part-time Service Desk role based at the Sunshine Coast Your new company Contract opportunity with local government client based on the Sunshine Coast. Your new role
2 month contract - PART TIME - 18.25 per week
1st and 2nd level service request resolution (for identified service request types) combined with also providing front line customer support for requests received via the Service Desk.
Provide front-line customer service, support, and advice - first and some second level service request resolution
Assist with provisioning of user access, permissions
Manage onboarding and offboarding access
Support and maintain the Service Desk telephone support line and outlook inbox ensuring that all requests are attended to within the agreed service levels.
Manage and maintain the Service Desk application ensuring data is up to date and accurate, and the system is configured appropriately.
Pro-actively identify call trends and escalate potential issues that may arise from customer requests
Ensure frequently asked questions, work instructions and support documentation are
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant IT Qualification
Relevant experience in the ICT industry, preferably IT Service Desk.
Strong customer focus, time management and communication skills. With demonstrated ability to trouble shoot problems or know when to escalate.
'C' class driver's licence
