SalaryWe are looking for a energetic Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join and help drive the growth of a new and exciting Sport & Racing wagering business. This exciting role is responsible for providing Customer Service support within a small dynamic team !
We are proudly 100% Western Australian owned and operated, located in Perth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Multi-channel Customer Service support – manage customer inquiries promptly and efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain customer relationships to improve the customer experience and ensure loyalty
- General account administration/management
- Assist customers with dispute resolution, including transaction concerns and discrepancies promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge and understand of bonuses and promotions to ensure clear communication and guidance to customers
- Educate customers on platform products and features
- Maintain high standard of responsible gambling practices
The successful applicant must demonstrate the following;
- Proven experience in Customer Service roles, preferably within the online wagering and gaming industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service administration experience
- A positive and professional attitude and are team and business-focused
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities
