About the role
We are currently seeking a confident and energetic person to join our growing administration team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate should be experienced in the following:
- Must have advanced Microsoft Suite
- Able to multitask
- Data entry
- Excel expert
- Liaising with all departments in a professional manner
- Prior experience in the car industry preferred by not essential
About You
The skills you will need to be successful include:
- Face-to-Face Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service & general administrative duties
- Friendly, confident professional phone manner
- To be a friendly and outgoing member of our team
- Organised with great time management skills
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite
- Willingness to learn & develop new skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well in fast past environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
This is a part-time role working from 9am-2.30pm Monday to Friday.
