We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant/Customer service “all rounder” to join our Oakford Stockfeeds team 5 days a week. This role is all about data entry, stock control and taking responsibility for looking after our customers, as this is what we pride ourselves on, our customers are at the heart of everything we do here.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Procurement manager in all relevant tasks associated procurement and stock control
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring each interaction with our customers is efficient, friendly, timely and accurate to ensure we create the best possible Customer Experience every time.
- This role may require some physical demands as we load/unload supplies from deliveries and into our customers cars which will be up to 25kgs per item, even though serving customers on the shop floor is not the primary role, this may be required from time to time.
- Using our Modern POS & Taking payments instore and over the phone.
- Contacting delivery customers regarding orders.
- General duties will include cleaning around the premises and any additional tasks the procurement manager may have.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- A valid drivers licence is preferred but not required
- Some experience with Administrative duties is preferred but not required
- Some level of computer knowledge is important however training with our POS software will be provided on the job.
- Being physically fit is important
- Having a positive “can do” attitude and great communication skills
- Being a Team Player is a must!
