SPIKA is an outdoor company that designs, manufactures, imports and distributes outdoor gear to tackle any adventure. Specialising apparel, accessories, safes, sport shooting accessories and camping gear across the outdoor and sport shooting industry - supplying retailers domestically throughout Australia, New Zealand and the world.
 

Position Overview

The Customer Service & Administration Support will be an integral part of the Accounts and Administration team, operating within a dynamic and cooperative work setting. This role will work closely with the Customer Service Manager who will provide you with your intial training and also ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to general and sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage email inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Process orders efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Provide product support, liaising with customers and service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle warranties and returns, managing both RMA processes from our network of stockists and direct returns from online customers.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing recurring orders as needed.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to taking minutes, scheduling meetings, and supporting key projects where required and within skill levels.
     

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Excel is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist in various tasks as required.
  • Previous experience with Odoo is a plus but not required.

Experience
While experience in a similar role is desirable, we are open to considering candidates with limited experience. Pay will be reflective of the candidate's experience.
