The Role…
The company is seeking to appoint a friendly, supportive and process orientated Customer Service professional to support the company's sales and internal processes by working directly with customers, the sales team, as well as operations and be the first point of contact for all inquiries.
What We Are Looking For…
- Customer Service experience within a B2B environment
- Amazing customer service and follow-up skills - experience keeping customers informed and building solid relationships
- Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
- Excellent administrative skills with a high accuracy level
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Solid organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Balanced talking and listening skills
- Flexibility and initiative
- An eye for details - no detail is too small
- Proficient with MS Office
