Customer Service Advisor job located in Macquarie Park Your new company A global manufacturing company located in Macquarie Park is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Your new role In this role you will:
Manage a set region and build relationships with your customers
Receive, process and generate invoices for orders
Allocate stock and check stock levels for repeat orders
Advise on delivery days and changes to product pricing
Collect and report on performance data
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need:
A team work ethic, being willing to help others
Ideally experience of SAP and Salesforce
Drive to provide the best service to customers
Ability to trouble-shoot and provide solutions
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
