Following a successful launch in Queensland early 2023, we are excited to have recently opened our second CARe Centre in Molendinar, QLD. Don’t miss this opportunity to join Australia’s fastest growing, privately owned automotive repair network. Due to expanding our business, we are currently seeking a part time Customer Service Advisors to join us at the Molendinar centre.
The Customer Advisor will be the point of contact with the customer and share the responsibility for guiding them through the end to end repair experience. We are looking for two people that will make a great team and both positive minded.

About the role:
- Point of contact for customers.
- Liaise with insurance company as needed.
- Monitor and update the bookings to meet business needs.
- General admin duties.
- Part time hours of work Mon - Fri between 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
About You:
- Must have a team first attitude and willingness to learn.
- Desire to delight customers and ability to time manage.
- Problem solving skills.
- Familiar with automotive insurance claims, valet experience or Customer Service Dealership is highly desirable.
- Must have permanent Australian working rights.
