The Customer Service & Account Administrator is responsible for providing all aspects of Customer Service, account management and sales support, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and shipments to customers in the ANZ.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of account administration, account queries and sales support.
- Assist with bookkeeping activities related to accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
- Maintain timely and effective communication with customers, both internal and external.
- Process orders, quotes, and requests in line with standard procedures and processes.
- Process products returns.
- Accurate and timely shipping of products to customers in the ANZ
- Receiving and inspecting shipments
- Packing inventory for safe shipping
- Picking inventory from warehouse
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers.
- Maintenance of customer account information and records
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Answer phones calls, supporting sales and the GM.
- Work closely with the team in building strong relationships with customer.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate internally and externally demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent written and numeracy skills
