Position: Customer Service and Administration Assistant
- Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone and email.
- Provide prompt assistance and resolve inquiries.
- Swiftly and accurately handle data entry tasks.
- Assist the Accounts department as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; training provided for other software platforms used.
