Position: Customer Service and Administration Assistant

  • Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Responsibilities: 
    • Engage with customers via phone and email.
    • Provide prompt assistance and resolve inquiries.
    • Swiftly and accurately handle data entry tasks.
    • Assist the Accounts department as needed.
    • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail for precise data entry.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; training provided for other software platforms used.
