About the Opportunity
Assist in the coordination of the day to day operations of the Information Services Unit by ensuring the effective processing of incoming correspondence (both hardcopy and electronic) and file retrieval. Assist in the continued maintenance of the Electronic Records Management System and conduct training in records management practices to new and existing employees whilst providing helpdesk assistance to users of the records systems.
This role is a temporary, full-time 12 month opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Remuneration begins at $71.7K to $81.7K (Band 5) plus superannuation.
About You
You have a passion for information management, have an excellent eye for detail and are used to working with a high volume of documents. Ideally you have used a document management system before and have excellent computer skills and ability to train users.
